Sally McLeod is the Head of Safety at PwC Australia, based in Melbourne. She brings extensive experience across health, safety and wellbeing in complex corporate environments, supported by a strong background in occupational rehabilitation and injury management that informs her end‑to‑end view of health and safety in practice.
Sally’s work focuses on driving sustainable culture change through behavioural safety, leadership capability and performance enablement. Drawing on her rehabilitation and injury management experience, she understands the full lifecycle of health and safety—from prevention and risk management through to recovery, return to work and sustained performance. This perspective enables her to design and deliver initiatives that are both human‑centred and commercially grounded.
