Natalie Rouillon

Natalie has over 16 years of combined experience in the legal profession, workplace bullying and harassment prevention, workplace relations, workplace well-being, strategic advisory, psychosocial safety and risk management, including a considerable background as a WHS prosecutor. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer and mentor at the College of Law and loves delivering wellbeing workshops to law graduates. She has a deep desire to assist organisations and their workers to prevent and minimise harm in the workplace and to help them thrive and flourish in a safe, respectful, happy, productive and healthy work environment.
