Dr Laura Kirby is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist with more than 15 years’ experience working with organisations across Australia and globally. Specialising in workplace psychological health and safety, Laura has designed, implemented and evaluated strategic workplace services to enhance the mental health and associated systems within organisations.

Laura has held several senior and executive positions in corporate settings, focused on enhancing the strategic approach to workplace psychological health and safety, including as a Director and CEO of CommuniCorp, and Advisor to the SuperFriend Expert Advisory Committee. Most recently Laura held the inaugural Chief Mental Health Officer role for the Commonwealth Bank Australia. In this role, Laura was responsible for the Bank’s workplace mental health strategy, with this work recognised as the Best Solution for Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work at the NSCA Foundation National Safety Awards.
