Jeremy Brett is General Manager at Morgan Engineering, bringing more than 20 years of senior management and executive experience across mining, construction, steel, chemical and aluminium industries.

Since joining Morgan Engineering in 2019, Jeremy has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth from a $9 million to $45 million business. Throughout that growth, he has remained focused on something equally important, ensuring Morgan Engineering’s people and culture grow alongside the business.

With responsibility across People & Culture, Safety and Finance, Jeremy believes sustainable performance comes from strong leadership, accountability and creating an environment where people feel respected, included and safe to speak up.

He has supported initiatives including Cultural Awareness training for Morgan Engineering’s Leadership Team and continues to champion continuous improvement across the organisation.
