Jennifer Suh leads the Regulatory Policy team at SafeWork NSW, which advises on and delivers legislative and policy reform across the NSW work health and safety framework. The team is currently leading the development of the guidelines on the new right of entry power, made under the Work Health and Safety Amendment (Digital Work Systems) Act 2026. Together, they are passionate about solving complex policy challenges and delivering practical reforms that improve the health and safety of workers.

Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney, where she received academic prizes in constitutional law and jurisprudence – a reflection of her deep interest in public law and policy. She began her career in legal consulting, advising organisations on governance, risk and compliance and helping them navigate legal complexity while achieving commercial outcomes. Since joining the NSW public service, Jennifer has led the development of policy supporting the safe and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across NSW government, and for major programs helping communities recover from natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic. She now brings that experience to the evolving challenges of work health and safety regulation.
