Heather specialises in psychosocial safety, workplace investigations, and organisational risk management. She has nearly 20 years’ experience working across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, supporting organisations to manage psychosocial risks and improve worker mental health.
Heather has extensive experience reviewing and investigating sensitive and complex people issues and helping organisations strengthen their investigation practices. Her work integrates principles from organisational psychology, human factors, and work health and safety to move beyond complaint resolution towards prevention. She is known for translating these concepts into practical, evidence-based approaches that leaders and WHS and HR practitioners can apply in real-world settings.
