Eliana has spent the last fifteen years creating and delivering beautiful software products around the world, leading engineering and product teams and developing strategic relationships with partners and customers. She trained as an Economist, and that lens has shaped her career: thinking in terms of incentives and behaviour, and how systems work once real people are using them. Today, as General Manager of AIR products at Rapid Global, she’s helping build the most innovative WHS platform of the AI age.
