Dr Caroline Howe

Dr Caroline Howe is an accomplished expert in workplace wellbeing and leadership development, with over 30 years experience and a strong focus on social safety to drive better psychological health in the workplace.

Previously Caroline led the development and design of the icare research team as Head of Research successfully partnering with 6 major Australian universities to deliver evidence based interventions and reporting to icare. Prior to that appointment she was acting General Manager, Community Impact, where through partnerships with Griffith University and the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) she developed a social connections theory for workers compensation insurance and the effectiveness of developing interventions for communities at risk. She also worked as the Manager of Research and Design and developed an agile research and design team.
