Caitlin Seaha is the Founder and Director of Arrley – a safety, culture and performance company on a mission to make work safe, healthy and high-performing. She has spent more than 15 years in senior health and safety roles, specialising in critical risk, compliance and contractor management in high-risk industries.

Caitlin’s work focuses on verifying that critical controls are effective where the work is done. She partners with frontline teams and leaders to understand the real problem and what it is costing, and how to fix it. She built Arrley on a simple rule: say what you’ll do, then actually do it.
