Amy Morris is a Senior WHS Leader and Women in Safety Ambassador with over a decade of experience spanning recycling, manufacturing, logistics, and FMCG industries. Currently serving as Senior Safety Systems and Standards Manager at Bega Group, Amy leads the strategic development and continuous improvement of WHS management systems, ensuring they are practical, scalable, and aligned with frontline needs.
With a Master’s in Workplace Health and Safety (Risk Management), Amy specialises in high-potential hazards, HSE data and safety systems. She is enthusiastic about using data-driven insights and innovative tools, such as her Generic Bow Tie Diagram, to empower teams to effectively control risks, both physical and psychological.

A strong advocate for gender equity and connection, Amy volunteers as a Mentor in the Women in Safety Mentoring Program and committee member of the Bega Group Gender Equity Network. She brings energy, empathy, and a pragmatic approach to all she does as she strives to create safer, healthier workplaces through collaboration and simplicity.
