Amy Bell is a dual qualified non-practising lawyer and prior to joining the Victorian Chamber gained over 10 years’ experience in private legal practice specialising in employment law. Amy has represented employers in Australia and internationally and has also acted as in-house counsel advising and managing high risk, high-profile cases at an international ASX20 listed company.

Amy’s calm approach and ability to focus on the issues at hand enables her to navigate, advise on and interpret complex employment matters and achieve commercial solutions. As a leader Amy prides herself on building diverse, multi-skilled, collaborative teams which always put the member first.
