Collecting Your Exhibitor Badge
Collect your badge from the Registration Desk outside Door 2.
The Registration Desk is open:
Tuesday 19th May: 11am – 5pm
Wednesday 20th May: from 7:30am
Thursday 21st May: from 7:30am
Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.
Cloakroom
Cloakroom facilities are available at the MCEC Customer Service Desk at Convention Centre Place, next to Goldfield’s Cafe or at the Registration Desk during show days.
Lead Scanner
If you have ordered a lead scanner, a Lüp staff member will deliver and explain how to use the device prior to show open on Wednesday 20th. If you have any questions regarding this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) outside Door 2.
How do I access my leads?
The primary contact for your company has been sent login details to view and download your leads. If you cannot find this email, please contact exhibitor.sales@lup.events so they can resend it to you.

MCEC car park

South Wharf Retail car park
Entry: via Convention Centre
Height limit: 2.10m
Freeway car park
Entry: via Munro Street or Normanby Road
Height limit: None
Please note there is no exhibitor parking discount available at MCEC.

Bump Out Requirements
During bump out you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 4pm so the bump-out process can begin.
Please drop your vests in the yellow wheelie bins at the door when exiting.
Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.
Exhibitor Drinks
Join us for exhibitor drinks at the Central Networking Lounge on Wednesday from 4:15 – 5:15pm.
Please remember to bring your exhibitor pass.
