Collect your badge from the Registration Desk in The Dome foyer.

The Registration Desk is open:

Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.

Please enjoy complimentary barista coffee and tea served from the Venue Cafe from 10am - 4pm on Tuesday 22nd October.

Once the show is open, you can continue to enjoy our tea and coffee station in the Exhibitor Lounge, located upstairs inside The Dome.

The primary contact for your company should have received an email from RegOnsite with details on downloading your SwiftLeads lead scanning app. If you need assistance with this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) in The Dome foyer.

During bump-out on Thursday 24th October at 4:30pm, you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 4pm so the bump-out process can begin.

Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.

For any matters regarding your stand, visit the Harry The Hirer desk located at the front of The Dome just inside the entry doors on Tuesday 22nd October: 10am - 6pm. For any issues during the event, visit the Organiser’s Office which is upstairs inside The Dome.
