Collect your badge from the Registration Desk in front of Door 10.

Wednesday 22nd: from 7:30am
Thursday 23rd: from 7:30am

Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.

The primary contact for your company should have received an email from RegOnsite with details on downloading your SwiftLeads lead scanning app. If you need assistance with this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) in front of Door 10.

MCEC car park: Entry via Normanby Road. Max. vehicle height 2.1m. There is no discount for parking at this venue.
South Wharf Retail car park: Entry via Convention Centre. Max. vehicle height 2.1m. There is no discount for parking at this venue.
Freeway car park (open air parking for oversize vehicles): Entry via Munro Street or Normanby Road. No vehicle height restrictions. There is no discount for parking at this venue.

During bump-out on Thursday 23rd May at 4:30pm, you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 4pm so the bump-out process can begin.

Please drop your vests in the bins at the door when exiting.

Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.

For any matters regarding your stand, visit the Harry The Hirer desk located at the front of the Hall just inside the entry doors on Tuesday 21st May: 10am - 6pm. For any issues during the event, visit the Organiser’s Office.
