Collecting Your Exhibitor Badge
Collect your badge from the Registration Desk outside Hall 2.
The Registration Desk is open:
Tuesday 24th March: 11am – 5pm
Wednesday 25th March: from 7:30am
Thursday 26th March: from 7:30am
Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.
Cloakroom facilities are also available at the Registration Desk.
Lead Scanner
If you have ordered a lead scanner, a Lüp staff member will deliver and explain how to use the device prior to show open on Wednesday 25th. If you have any questions regarding this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) outside Hall 2.
How do I access my leads?
The primary contact for your company has been sent login details to view and download your leads. If you cannot find this email, please contact exhibitor.sales@lup.events so they can resend it to you.
Exhibitor Parking
BCEC operates a 24 hour car park located undercover with direct lift access to the exhibition centre – enter via Merivale St, Grey St, Melbourne St or Russell St.
$18 daily parking rate is available for exhibitors. To redeem:
- Take car park ticket at entry. Do not swipe your credit card
- Screenshot the QR code below
- When exiting, insert ticket and scan QR code at the gate
- Discounted rate will automatically apply
Valid for use from 23 – 27 March.

Visit the Sales Office near stand G05 for special rates and best spots!
Bump Out Requirements
During bump out you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 4pm so the bump-out process can begin.
Please drop your vests in the yellow wheelie bins at the door when exiting.
Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.
Exhibitor Drinks
Join us for exhibitor drinks at the Central Networking Lounge on Wednesday from 4:15 – 5:15pm.
Please remember to bring your exhibitor pass.
