2-hour interactive roundtable workshop led by: Dr Georgi Toma, Director, Heart Brain Works

Many organisations have now completed psychosocial risk assessments and updated policies — but what’s next? This hands-on workshop is designed to help WHS professionals and organisational leaders move from compliance to culture. Drawing on real-world examples, interactive tools, and the latest legislation, participants will explore how to:

·         Embed psychosocial risk controls into everyday work

·         Equip line managers to become confident, capable risk mitigators

·         Assess organisational maturity using a proven framework

Whether you’re just getting started or refining an existing program, this session will leave you with a clear action plan, grounded in practical examples and peer learning.

Join us for an energising experience to ignite your body and mind. 1. Carli Phillips – FUEL.  Nutritionist Demo and open Q & A.  See what is actually inside energy drinks.  The new guidelines of water and alcohol shown in a weekly cup tower. Nutritionist Q & A, diets, coffee?  Ask me anything!

2. Unna Goldsworthy – FLOW.  Visualisation to manage your energy.  A short visualisation to connect with how stress and fatigue show up in their day, then lead into a practical model for managing energy and performance more intentionally.

3. Bill Carson – FEEL.  Dynamic activity on emotions & conversations.  Wellbeing at work is also about our awareness of our feelings, emotions and the conversations we are having inside our own heads and with other people. In this dynamic activity we will quickly and playfully explore this by using the emotional culture cards to draw out this awareness and how it plays out in our workplaces.
