Tennille Zahra

With over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Generalist OHS Professional, Tennille brings deep expertise in health, safety, environment, and wellbeing across diverse sectors including renewable energy, construction, transport and logistics, heavy equipment, rail, manufacturing, and retail. Tennille holds a Master of Occupational Health & Safety and maintains a strong commitment to continuous professional development, supported by credentials in auditing, psychology, wellbeing, incident investigation, and return-to-work across multiple jurisdictions. She currently is the Head of Health, Safety and Environment at Kinetic Australia, leading a team of injury management and safety professionals, shaping policy, and driving safety programs focused on occupational violence and aggression.

From 2018 to 2024, Tennille was Senior Health, Safety and Wellness Manager for Pacific Blue, a renewable energy generator and retailer. She was responsible for national safety, wellbeing, and psychosocial programs. During this time, Tennille delivered significant cultural uplift, implemented critical risk protocols, enhanced lead indicator performance, introduced digital technologies, and achieved exceptional employee engagement results.

Earlier roles at Downer Rail, Boom Logistics, Toll, Chalmers, Salad Fresh, and Woolworths strengthened her capabilities in leadership, systems management, incident response, ISO certification, contractor management, and large-scale operational safety. Tennille is known for being results-focused, collaborative, and dedicated to fostering strong safety cultures. Tennille builds trusted relationships at all organisational levels and consistently delivers strategic, data-driven improvements that support safe, high-performing workplaces.
