Tenneile Manenti

Tenneile Manenti is a Registered Psychologist and the founder of Mind Logistics – Psychology & Performance, a boutique psychology and consulting practice specialising in workplace mental health, psychosocial risk, trauma-informed systems, and sustainable performance in safety-critical environments.

With more than two decades of experience across clinical, forensic, organisational, and senior leadership roles, Tenneile has worked extensively with emergency services, high-risk industries, and complex organisations navigating real-world health and safety challenges. Following the 2019–2020 bushfires, she held an executive leadership role within the NSW Rural Fire Service, leading health and safety functions during one of the most challenging periods in the organisation’s history and helping bring psychological health and psychosocial risk to the forefront of safety leadership. She has also led global facilitation teams delivering safety culture and mental health programs across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Papua New Guinea.

Through Mind Logistics, Tenneile translates psychological science into practical, human-centred approaches that support individuals, leaders, and workplaces under sustained pressure. Her work includes the development of applied frameworks such as the 3W of Human Performance™ and Recovery Circle™, designed to strengthen recovery, regulation, and sustainable performance in complex work environments.

As MC for the Health & Safety Show, Tenneile brings a grounded, warm presence and a deep understanding of the responsibility carried by the health and safety profession. She is passionate about creating spaces where important conversations are held well — supporting meaningful dialogue, thoughtful engagement, and connection across the industry.
