Tania has over 20 years’ experience as a practicing psychologist and has worked extensively across public and private organisations with a focus on operational wellbeing and supporting organisations to achieve the best results out of their employees.  Tania’s work has also involved leading programs across emergency service organisations in critical incident prevention, preparation and response, providing organisational strategies to promote a proactive and responsive culture in high-risk work environments. Tania has led projects to develop, imbedding and facilitate organisation wide training frameworks within Government agencies, focusing on improving mental health and wellbeing across the employee lifecycle. This has also included working closely with organisations to develop, implement and imbed programs to support leadership capability and employee wellbeing.
