Nicole Sinosich is the Group Leader of the Health Integrated Industry Pilot Program at
WorkSafe Victoria. With more than 23 years’ experience across regulatory and inspection
roles—including manufacturing, return to work, and psychosocial health—Nicole brings deep
expertise in occupational health and safety. She currently leads a team of inspectors working
to improve health and safety outcomes across the healthcare sector.
