His diverse career journey from being a fitter and turner, an HSR and union rep, a plant operations manager, safety manager on a nuclear waste plant and more than a dozen years as a senior HR/HSE executive in a multi-national organisation, has provided Mike with an insight into workplace mental health at all levels within an organisation.
