
Lachlan O’Neill is a Principal Inspector at SafeWork NSW, leading strategic projects to improve WHS outcomes across government departments and industries. With over 16 years in work health and safety, including six as a psychosocial risk specialist, he has focused on issues like occupational violence, bullying, and workplace culture—particularly in healthcare. Lachlan also trains inspectors and regularly presents to industry on effective strategies to manage psychosocial risks.
