Julie-Anne Whitfield joined R U OK? in 2018 as a volunteer Community Ambassador and was appointed to a full-time role in May 2022. With a background in leadership and management training, she now leads the development and delivery of workplace strategies and resources that extend the reach, engagement, and impact of the R U OK? Workplace Champions Program.

In her role, Julie-Anne acts as both an advisor and educator, guiding a wide variety of organisations in building a year-round R U OK? Culture. She develops scalable, practical tools and engagement plans that help workplaces embed meaningful cultural change. Her work is grounded in ongoing engagement with workplaces across industries, offering her deep insights into the barriers and opportunities involved in creating mentally healthy, connected workplace environments.
