Jorgen Gullestrup is the founding CEO of MATES and a leading voice in workplace suicide prevention. A qualified plumber with lived experience of suicide, he combines deep industry insight with academic expertise, holding a Master’s in Suicidology and currently completing a PhD on help-offering among men.

Jorgen is a LivingWorks ASIST and safeTALK trainer, and co-chairs the IASP Workplace Suicide Prevention Group. He is passionate about building strong, connected communities where mates look out for one another.
