Erika Groll is an esteemed Assistant State Inspector within the SafeWork NSW Respect at Work Taskforce. Over her career at SafeWork NSW she has worked across various parts of the business including Investigations, Psychological Health and Safety, and Generalist roles. Within Respect at Work Directorate, Erika utlises her experience in investigating psychosocial hazards including workplace sexual harassment where she contributes to the Taskforces strategic plan for preventing sexual harassment in NSW.
