Dr. Georgi Toma is an expert in psychosocial safety and occupational stress. She is the Founder of Heart and Brain Works and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Auckland. She has helped organisations such as RMIT University, Hitachi Energy, Clough Group, MEC Mining or Environment Canterbury identify and manage psychosocial risks, train their leaders and staff.
