CJK has been involved in a wide range of building projects Australia-wide covering fire safety engineering, fire safety strategies, risk assessments and product development. A nationally accredited and chartered fire safety engineer, Christina is listed in the National Engineering Register. She is a Fellow member of Engineers Australia and a member of various national and international technical and advisory committees.
CJK Fire & Safety Education develops online resources on topics such as fire engineering, building compliance and fire safety for both professionals and the wider community. This includes short, on-demand online courses with a certificate of completion for CPD points. As an advocate for education and fire safety awareness, Christina is an active contributor to the construction industry by sharing her knowledge with project stakeholders, university students and industry professionals.
Christina is a sought-after construction litigation expert witness. She has been engaged on over 50 matters to provide expert reports, expert determinations and joint reports for court hearings, arbitrations, expert determinations and mediations across various tiers of the court system and tribunals. Her expertise is called upon for drafting mediation position statements, cross-examination questions and statement of claims. She is an AMDRAS accredited mediator and trained in expert determination.
