Camilla has over 20 years’ People & Culture experience within the private sector globally. In her current role as GM People, Culture & Safety across Australia and New Zealand with John Deere, she is leading a team of HR, payroll, corporate services and safety professionals that delivers strategic business solution within an Industry leading organisation. Camilla is passionate about creating high performing cultures across the various John Deere businesses which include manufacturing, financial services, sales and marketing, parts distribution, product & technical support and corporate services.

This has resulted in John Deere being awarded the ‘Inclusive Employer Award’ from Diversity Council Australia 3 consecutive years. As part of leading transformational change, a key focus is on upskilling for future needs, applying a growth mindset to collaboration, empowering innovation and driving a high performing safety culture.
