SafeWork NSW is the state’s work health and safety regulator. We engage with the NSW community to prevent work-related fatalities and serious injuries and illnesses. SafeWork NSW offers advice on improving work health and safety, provides licensing and registration for potentially dangerous work, and provides safety testing services.
