Gerard McDonell is a SafeWork NSW Assistant State Inspector, a psychologist with a passion for people and over 20 years’ experience. Working predominantly within the context of behaviour and education, he has spent the last 7 years exploring the conditions under which we can flourish within our work environment. He has now brought this perspective to SafeWork NSW and the world of risk management and psychosocial hazards.
