Ally Orr is a health and wellbeing specialist with a background as an Accredited Sport Scientist. She has a reputation for cutting through the noise with a “No BS” approach to workplace health. Her career spans research, innovation, and hands-on implementation across multiple sectors, with a focus on evidence-based strategies that put people first. Ally was named the 2023 AIHS Australian Emerging Leader of the Year for her pioneering work in musculoskeletal health and ergonomics at Endeavour Energy. Now a Health and Wellbeing specialist at Aurecon, she’s involved in the rollout of psychosocial risk projects, helping shape safer, more supportive work environments across the organisation.
