EML are looking for businesses and professional service providers with bold, innovative solutions that can improve workplace health, safety and wellbeing. Whether it’s research, a product, project or initiative – if it’s fresh, feasible and makes a real impact, we want to hear about it.
Finalists will pitch live on stage at the Workplace Health & Safety Show in Sydney (22-23 October 2025), in front of a panel of industry leaders and a live audience.

How It Works
1. Your idea must align with the funding core objectives (risk management or injury prevention), priority industries and focus areas. 2. Entries will be judged on: innovation, relevance, viability, scalability, impact and cost-effectiveness. 3. The top 3 entries will be selected by the Mutual Benefits Program CEO and GM. 4. Finalists will deliver a 5-minute live pitch + 2-minute Q&A at the event. 5. The winner will be decided by a 50/50 audience and judge vote – and announced live on stage. 6.
