Workplace fatalities continue to occur in construction at an unacceptably high rate. Worker centred critical control management has been proven to significantly reduce fatalities in other industries. This presentation will outline key elements of critical control management and draw on evidence-based industry research to highlight the tricks and traps associated with implementing it in the construction industry.
