Neale has had a long and successful career at DuluxGroup. He is an accomplished leader who creates and maintains a high trust and high performing logistics and distribution function.  As Head of Distribution, Neale created a best in class supply chain that was audited by Benchmarking Success and was the only organisation to maintain world class outcomes over a 25 year period – an outstanding achievement.

Neale’s focus in the Safety space has also been unrelenting. Not on my watch is the catch cry. He has been responsible for creating advanced culture outcomes of generative and proactive across the distribution network in Australia and New Zealand.

These advanced culture outcomes, as defined by the Hudson Safety Ladder, are also world class with recordables at less than one annually and General Learning Incidents [GLIs] of 9 per person on a rolling 24 month basis.    

Neale also manages the Supply Chain graduate program at DuluxGroup.
