Early Intervention at Work GM Marcia Harkins is an experienced community service development and delivery leader. In the past decade, she has headed up social enterprises at Uniting Vic/Tas, and has led Beyond Blue’s workplace mental health, community engagement, partnerships and lived experience portfolios.

A former journalist with communications, property development and place management experience, Marcia is passionate about finding strengths-based solutions to life’s challenges.
