Jess is a Program Manager at WorkSafe Victoria who leads prevention portfolios covering Manufacturing, Manual Handling, and Occupational Health. Jess leads a team who specialise in large scale, behaviour change programs aimed at improving occupational health and safety (OHS) systems across key focus areas and reducing work-related injuries and illnesses. Jess holds a Master of Public Health and is passionate about systemic change and driving positive OHS outcomes for the Victorian community.
