With over 15 years of experience in business management, including management of IRATA International Trainer and Operator member companies, Deborah has extensive experience in the ongoing compliance and business development needs of companies. Deborah has served time on the IRATA International Health & Safety Committee, is the current Secretary and Strategic Programs Manager for the Working at Height Association of Australia and is a qualified ISO Lead Auditor.

Ascend QM (formally Eve Consulting) was founded in 2018 by Deborah Chick after identifying the need for independent ISO and IRATA consultancy services in the height safety industry. Specializing in IRATA International requirements, ISO compliance, long term business development of rope access documentation, internal audits and gap analysis, Deborah brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the forefront of business development.
