Darcy is the WorkWell Program Manager at WorkSafe Victoria, and a specialist in occupational psychological health and safety. Darcy leads a team who themselves specialise in large scale, population wide behaviour change programs aimed at increasing knowledge and improving capacity of Victorian employers to address the causes of poor mental health. The importance and significance of the evidence and ground breaking research generated through this program, has established WorkWell as leaders in occupational psychological health and safety not only within Australia, but internationally too.
