Brad Parker is the current CEO of MATES in Construction NSW, a position he has held since October 2017.

Brad’s primary role is to implement the MATES in Construction program to raise awareness of mental health issues and provide support for prevention strategies to reduce suicide in the construction industry.

Brad is a former director of several construction industry boards and committees both national & state, including Superannuation, Work Health & Safety, Vocational Education & Training related matters, as well as the NSW Corrective Industries Consultative Council and a former member of the Safework Australia Members Committee.

Brad was previously the National Assistant Secretary of the CFMEU Construction & General Division and was a CFMEU National Executive Member.
