Collect your badge from the Registration Desk in The Dome foyer.

The Registration Desk is open:
Tuesday 21st October: 11am – 5pm
Wednesday 22nd October: from 7:30am
Thursday 23rd October: from 7:30am

Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.

Cloakroom facilities are also available at the Registration Desk.

If you have ordered a lead scanner, a Lüp staff member will deliver and explain how to use the device prior to show open on Wednesday 22nd. If you have any questions regarding this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) in The Dome foyer.

How do I access my leads?
The primary contact for your company has been sent login details to view and download your leads. If you cannot find this email, please contact exhibitor.sales@lup.events so they can resend it to you.

P1 Car Park

• Location: Adjacent to Qudos Bank Arena.
• Rates: $7/hr up to $35/day.
• Must pre-book online.
• Walking distance: 5-8 mins

P4 Car Park

• Location: Corner of Sarah Durack & Edwin Flack Ave.
• Rates: $7/hr up to $35/day.
• Pre-book recommended.
• Walking distance: 5 mins

Streets with free parking (usually 2-hour limit):

•  Grand Parade, Olympic Boulevard, Dawn Fraser Ave, Figtree Drive, Showground Road, Parkview Drive

Metered street parking:

• $7/hr up to $35/day along Herb Elliott Ave, Dawn Fraser Ave, Showground Road

Visit the Sales Office near stand E41 for special rates and best spots!

During bump out you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 4pm so the bump-out process can begin.

Please drop your vests in the yellow wheelie bins at the door when exiting.

Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.

Join us for exhibitor drinks at the Central Networking Lounge on Wednesday from 4:15 – 5:15pm.

Please remember to bring your exhibitor pass.
