The days of sending behavioural issues to HR and OHS issues to the safety department are long gone. The roll out of the psychosocial health regulations and changes to the Sex Discrimination and Fairwork Act have made the management of psychosocial risk a shared responsibility in all organisations. HR, WHS and executive management all have a crucial part to play in the evolving landscape of workplace wellness. This session will explore the respective roles, responsibilities and pre-requisite synergies required by these three parties to ensure psychosocial risk is managed in a strategic yet pragmatic way.
